PP Massage's priority is to keep all clients attending as safe as possible. I have completed an in-depth course to prepare for a return to work in a COVID-19 world, and followed instruction and advice provided from my governing body, insurance and the Government.

There will be some changes in the process both before and during each session, to help ensure both yours and my safety.

Visiting the Treatment room.

Our treatment room has been refurbished and deep cleaned prior to reopening.

To maintain these standards and our cleaning and sanitising regime, all non essential items from the treatment room have been removed.

Please attend your appointment on your own arriving at your designated appointment time. Please do not arrive early. This is so I can have the appropriate amount of time to sanitise, clean and ventilate the treatment room between client appointments. I am leaving at least 30 minutes in between appointments to ensure the facilitation of these measures.

If it is bad weather, then please wait under the porch and ring the doorbell when it is time for your appointment. Please take time to read the poster on the gate as a reminder of changes in place. A QR code is displayed both on the gate and in the treatment room for you to scan if you have the NHS test and trace app.

When I answer the gate you will be asked to walk straight though without touching anything. you will be asked to sanitise your hands with hospital grade sanitiser and put on a mask

(if not already wearing), before going through to the treatment room and sitting down. All doors will be opened and closed for you.

A checklist will be displayed in the treatment room stating all areas cleaned and sanitised. This will be at the start of every day, after every client and at the end of every day. Along with the treatment room, this also includes the gate, door bell and all door handles.

No water will be offered following your appointment, please bring a bottle of water with you. Water will only be offered in an emergency.

You will be given a sanitised container in which to place your clothes when you undress.

I will no longer being using any microwavable heat packs during treatment. Where possible, please use some heat prioir to your appointment.

Treatments can be adapted for certain health conditions or if you feel restricted with breathing with a face mask on whilst laying on your front. Please do speak to me further if you have any concerns about laying with a face mask on and how your treatment can be adapted.

Please be advised during your appointment, I will be wearing a face mask.
